An opto-mechanical system for a new class of fundus camera.

Associate Professor Alfredo Dubra’s lab is part of the Byers Eye Institute and the Ophthalmology Department at Stanford University.  His work focuses on novel instrumentation for non-invasive visualization of retinal structure and function at a microscopic scale. With a global network of collaborators, his primary goal is technology transfer and dissemination to facilitate early diagnosis, precise monitoring of disease progression, evaluation of novel treatments, and improved understanding of disease mechanisms. We had the pleasure of supporting his work in the development and prototyping of a complex opto-mechanical system for a new class of fundus camera.
